Quatre Pattes

How I nourish my family day to day on a high alpine mountain in France; cook, garden and source local french food.

Back again with more raw milk

By Lune

Hi Folks, I have been away for a very long time, six months in fact. I disappeared from here last October, just as the cows were being herded into their sheds for the winter. Now they are back out on the alpine pastures and am back here too. But I have not been idle. I have been doing a huge amount of research into homeschooling. We have decided to take out children out of school next year and teach them here at home. I have been posting on my other blog all about it.

My ‘nourishment’ continues; I have been developing my writing style, planning some ideas for a book and of course continuing to follow the WAP diet with my family - that would never stop!

I have set up another site called the dairy diaries with a fellow blogger cheeseslave. I hope to write all about raw milk here in the next few months. It is a blog devoted to milky stories and if anyone would like to contribute, please click here.

My family and I are planning to take a slow journey around Eastern Europe next year with our children and I want to write all about the raw milk and dairy products I source on my way on this blog. Read more aboutit here.
